Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The St. Pete Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Gift baskets
  • Breakable Items: Due to the fragile nature of certain items such as glassware, mugs, ceramics, and other breakable goods, these items are not eligible for return or refund. We take great care in packaging these items to ensure safe delivery, but accidents can happen during transit or handling.

In the event that your breakable item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit, provided that the damage occurred during shipping and is reported within our specified time frame.

Return Process

  • Initiate the Return: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return Address: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

At this time, we only offer exchanges for t-shirts and apparel, and exchanges can be requested by emailing the [email protected]. For any other items you’d like to exchange, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired item.
